Unregistered, unpaid guests aren't invited to join the hike. If they'd like to pay for the experience and join, just give us more than 24 hours notice so we can make sure we have a donkey for them.
Nope! These donkeys are not to be ridden. These majestic creatures are hardworking animals, and we wouldn't ask them to do anything we wouldn't ask of ourselves.

Absolutely! We tailor your experience on the trail to what you want — stop for photos, enjoy the view, whatever sounds good. Just say the word! Shortening the hike will not, however, reduce the price of your experience.
Absolutely! Feel free to bring carrots, baby carrots, cut-up apple slices, or BigR equine treats along for the donkeys.
We like to save the treats until the end of the hike — think of them as a reward for a great hike!
Please park at the Glen Isle disc golf course. There's a restroom in the parking lot, so use it if needed, then walk over to the trailer where the donkeys are located.
Sorry, folks! An ill-timed, accidental kick from a donkey to a dog could be fatal, and we simply won't run that risk. We love our dogs just as we love our donkeys, so let's keep them both happy and safe.
Children 18 and under must have a completed waiver and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Kids age 10–18 may have a burro of their own, but their parent/guardian must have a burro as well. Children 9 & under may not have a burro of their own and must be accompanied by a legal guardian — since they don't have a burro of their own, they're only $50 for the experience.
