Our services
CRATES Colorado offers guided miniature donkey hikes, burro-race coaching, and race director / race creation services in and around Bailey, Colorado. By booking or inquiring about any of these services through this website, you agree to these terms.
Booking & payment
Guided hikes are booked with a deposit paid at the time of booking, with the remaining balance charged automatically the morning before your hike. Full details on refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. Coaching and race director services are arranged directly with us and may follow their own agreed-upon terms.
Assumption of risk
Guided hikes, burro-race coaching, and races involve inherent risks of outdoor activity and working with animals. A signed waiver is required for every participant (or a parent/legal guardian, for participants under 18) before joining a hike or session.
Website use
This site and its content — including photos, donkey bios, and branding — belong to CRATES Colorado and may not be reproduced without permission. Please use the booking forms and inquiry forms only for genuine requests; automated or abusive submissions may be blocked.
Third-party links
This site links to third parties like our payment processor and partner businesses (for example, Rocky Mountain Beverage Burro). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRATES Colorado is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our services, beyond what is addressed in your signed waiver and applicable law.
